Shriram Properties has secured a 4-acre land parcel in Yelahanka through a joint development agreement for the upcoming Shriram Yelahanka Premium Apartments project. Project Scope
The development will span approximately 4 acres and will comprise 270 apartments with an aggregate saleable area of approximately 3.8 lakh sq. ft., with aggregate revenue potential of over INR 250 crore. The project is expected to be launched during the first half of the 2025 financial year.
The project will offer 2 BHK, 3 BHK and 4 BHK residential apartments equipped with smart home automation and modern amenities. Development is expected to span three years from launch.
