Shriram Samruddhi plans a residential project in Charholi, Pune
Published
Shriram Samruddhi Developers has proposed a residential project on Survey No. 312 in Village Charholi, Taluka Haveli, Pune. The plan was reported in late July 2025, when an environmental clearance application for the site was filed. The proposal carries an estimated project value of ₹47 crore and is listed as upcoming, with the project still at a conceptual and planning stage.
The entity behind the plan also runs Shriram Skypark in Charholi Budruk, a launched residential development in the same part of Pune. The Shriram name has been building a presence in the city more broadly, and the Charholi plan adds to that footprint. For buyers following the developer in western and northern Pune, it is one of the next steps in a portfolio that has grown well beyond its earlier base. More on the wider project is available on the Shriram Charholi page.

Connectivity around Charholi
Charholi, also known as Charholi Budruk, is a suburb of Pune within the limits of the Pimpri-Chinchwad Municipal Corporation, a status it has held since 1977. It sits on the southern bank of the Indrayani River. The Pune Airport is roughly 20 minutes away by road, according to local market commentary, and the Outer Ring Road is set to pass close to the locality. Kasarwadi Railway Station is about 13 km away, and the area is reached through the Charholi Budruk to Wadmukhwadi Road, while the Wakad to Bhosari BRTS corridor serves the wider belt.
A Pune Municipal Corporation road project aims to shorten the Charholi to Wagholi distance to about 5.7 km, down from 16.5 to 27 km on existing routes. Pune Metro Phase 1 is operational, and future plans include extending the network to Charholi. A new IT park spanning 3,000,000 sq ft in Charholi Budruk received its foundation in 2024. Recent market data for the locality shows average asking prices of ₹8,950 per sq ft in December 2025, ₹9,400 in March 2026 and ₹8,900 in June 2026. Monthly rents for two and three BHK homes range from about ₹23,600 to ₹37,700.

What comes next
The Survey No. 312 proposal is at an early stage, and the next milestones will be its formal registration and launch to buyers. Unit types, pricing and specifications are expected to be announced as the project moves forward. Alongside the project, the surrounding infrastructure timeline is worth tracking. The Pune Ring Road, a 138 km expressway designed to connect six national highways, is under construction at a cost of ₹42,711 crore, with completion targeted for mid-2027. The 700 km Pune to Bengaluru Expressway is targeted for completion by 2028. The Government of India has also approved Pune Metro Line 4 and Spur Line 4A under Phase 2, with construction set to take five years from approval. That line does not run through Charholi itself.
