Shriram Properties has acquired a strategically well-located land parcel of approximately 4 acres on Sarjapur Main Road, South-East Bengaluru. The Company plans to develop a premium high-rise residential project on the site, further strengthening its presence in one of Bengaluru's fastest-growing residential corridors.
Project Scope and Timeline
The proposed development will comprise approximately 5 lakh sq ft of saleable area, with an estimated Gross Development Value (GDV) of ₹550–600 crores. The project is expected to be launched during the latter part of 2026.
The Sarjapur Road Corridor
Sarjapur Road is a 21 km arterial corridor running south-east from the Agara, Iblur, Bellandur junction on ORR towards Dommasandra and Sarjapur town. Its connections to the Outer Ring Road, Electronic City, and Whitefield make it a high-demand residential belt.
The area offers strategic location between three IT hubs: ORR/Bellandur, Whitefield, and Electronic City. The planned 37-km Hebbal-Sarjapur line and ongoing Blue Line (Silk Board-Marathahalli-KR Puram-Hebbal-Airport) of Namma Metro will further enhance connectivity, making commuting more efficient and reducing travel time.
