Shriram Properties FY26: Return to Profitability with Net Profit at ₹47.6 Crore

Return to Annual Profitability

Shriram Properties reported a return to profitability in FY26, with net profit of ₹47.6 crore compared to a net loss of ₹77.9 crore in FY25. Revenue from operations increased to ₹1,268.8 crore during the year from ₹1,106.7 crore in the previous fiscal, reflecting improved project deliveries and sustained demand across its residential portfolio.

Strong Quarter-End Performance

For the quarter ended March 2026, the company reported a consolidated net profit of ₹21.9 crore, a sharp increase from ₹4.3 crore recorded in the corresponding period of the previous year, with quarterly revenue rising to ₹407.2 crore from ₹288.4 crore a year earlier.

Drivers of Improvement

The company attributed the improved performance to stronger execution across ongoing projects, disciplined cost management and continued momentum in housing demand across its core markets. SPL reported sales bookings of ₹2,354 crore (4.2 million sq ft) for FY26.

Strategic Expansion in Joint Ventures

The company approved a strategic move to acquire partner stakes in four joint venture projects, strengthening its control over key developments across its portfolio. The net debt of the company stood at ₹438 crore, resulting in a debt-equity ratio of 0.30x.

Cash Generation and Reinvestment

For the full year FY26, SPL generated operating cash flows of ₹271 crore and free cash flow before new project investments of ₹224 crore. The company invested nearly ₹370 crore in new project investments during the year.
