The project will comprise an exclusive community of premium villaments, designed to blend the spaciousness of villas with shared community amenities. The gated community will feature a choice of 3 BHK, 4 BHK, and 5 BHK homes.
The project will feature an exclusive community of premium villament units designed with sustainable architecture, natural light, and landscaped open spaces. Possession is expected by December 2029.
Location and Connectivity
Bannerghatta Road connects Kalena Agrahara station on Bannerghatta Road in the south with Nagawara station on Outer Ring Road in the north via the Namma Metro Pink Line. The line passes through the southern suburbs and neighbourhoods of Bengaluru, such as Gottigere, Hulimavu, and Jaya Prakash Nagar along Bannerghatta Road.
