FY26 Net Profit Up 30.41% to ₹100.81 crore; Revenue Grows 39.40%

FY26 Financial Performance Reflects Strong Project Execution

Shriram Properties announced consolidated net profit growth of 30.41 percent for the financial year 2025–26, with profit after tax reaching ₹100.81 crore, compared to ₹77.30 crore in FY25. The company's net consolidated total income for FY26 was ₹1,356.93 crore, reflecting a 39.40 percent increase from ₹973.38 crore in FY25.

Q4 Surge Driven by Project Handovers

In the fourth quarter of FY26, net consolidated total income surged by 55.02 percent to ₹662.73 crore, up from ₹427.51 crore in the same quarter of the prior year, while profit after tax rose 64.77 percent to ₹78.53 crore compared to ₹47.66 crore. The January–March quarter played a major role in boosting the company's yearly results, with multiple residential projects reaching advanced stages of completion.

During FY26, Shriram Properties delivered 3,465 homes and plots to customers, demonstrating sustained construction progress. Customer collections reached a new high of ₹1,661 crores in FY26, up 12% year-on-year, driven by sustained construction progress and strong handover momentum during Q4.

Sales Bookings and Business Development

Shriram Properties reported sales bookings of ₹2,354 crore, representing 4.2 million square feet for FY26. The company is launching seven new projects with a total development potential of 3.5 million sq ft and a gross development value of ₹3,500 crore, with several additional projects in advanced stages of finalization expected to conclude in H1 FY27.

Balance Sheet Strength and Capital Deployment

The net debt of the company stood at ₹438 crore, resulting in a debt-equity ratio of 0.30x. For the full year FY26, Shriram Properties generated operating cash flows of ₹271 crore and free cash flow before new project investments of ₹224 crore, while investing nearly ₹370 crore in new project investments during the year.

Market Context

Higher homebuyer demand, improved cash inflows, and faster construction activity contributed to the strong quarterly performance, with the company benefiting from continued demand for mid-segment and premium housing in cities such as Bengaluru and Chennai. Shriram Properties has been delivering real estate development expertise for over 20 years, with a heritage of over 48 thoughtfully crafted projects across 26.5 million square feet, primarily across Bengaluru, Chennai and Kolkata.

The stock responded positively to the results, surging 8.57% to close at ₹91.05 on May 25, 2026.
